Submitting a ticket is one of the ways that you can quickly get ahold of our Kepler Agency Staff. Our goal at Kepler Agency is to make your web hosting experience as easy as possible so you can focus on what matters, your website or business!
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to submit a support ticket.
Submit the ticket via email #
If you want to submit a ticket via email, send your request to [email protected] and a support ticket will be automatically submitted.
Submit a ticket via the dashboard #
- Login to your Kepler Agency client area here.
- After logging click on the green Tickets box or find Tickets under the Support menu item from the left sidebar.
You can preview recent support tickets or open a new one.
Choose a department, fill out the form, and submit a ticket.
