Your Kepler Agency account is how you control your websites and all of the services that we provide. It’s also where you submit and view tickets as well as view and pay invoices.
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to change your account details.
1. Login to your Kepler Agency client area here.
2. In the top left corner, hover over where it says “Hello Your First Name” and select Edit Account Details.
3. On the next page, you can edit your payment method, credit card details, contacts/sub-accounts, or change your account password.

Under account detail, you can update basic information in the images provided below. The important part is where you update email preferences for receiving notifications.
